Times Of India — not receiving paper since may 2019

I have been into Subscription for the last 2 years...Since May 2019 i have not received News paper when checked with the vendor he asks me to show the Coupon... I dont understand all of sudden how he stopped supplying the news paper... My address. Md.Rafeeq. 1a 3rd Lane jani John Khan Road, Royapettah Chennai-14... I have recently renewed the subscription few months before only... Kindly update with the same.

I have taken annual subscription of times of India Lucknow from Mr Babbu khan for 12 month on 03.03.19 chequ no 152400 subcription no [protected] but i did not received coupons.
