Times Of India — payment towards renewal

Hey, i have made a payment towards the renewal of my subscription online.. And i've got a deduction of the said amount as well i want to know the status of the same from your end. I have made the payment as well got the deduction... But didn't get any notification of the coupouns on the registered mobile number. Tried calling the help desk but it's very busy
