Times Of India — pending: non delivery of news paper in my area

2109 tower 2c, landcraft society, golflinks, nh-24, near columbia asia hospital.
Problem:
I am a subscriber to toi daily since past 45 years, offlate, the vendor have started delivering ht (Which i stopped) on the excuse that toi is comming late and there is some problem, etc, etc
Request:
Kindly address this problem.
