Times Of India — subscription paid delivery not affected

I duly renewed my subscription via online for TOI news paper. Coupon also received. But due to misunderstanding between vendor and TOI office, the vendor refuses to deliver, even on my repeated requests. The vendor is nice and known to me for years but because of the lethargic attitude of the TOI officials, the genuine subscriber in me is suffering. Arrange to mediate between the two and settle the issue.

Order no SCT2076395 MEENAMBAKKAM. To please refer and address the issue. No supply of TOI Newspaper last two weeks and erratic since renewal of subscription last Dec 2019.
