Times Of India — subscription paid for one year but paper not delivered

I had paid my cheque towards bennett, coleman & co. Ltd for subscription of 1 year. I was receiving the newspaper regularly. But for the past 1 week, i am not getting newspaper. I do not have the contact details for the vendor or the delivery boy. Please help.
