Times Of India — supply of newspaper

I have already given complaints about delivery of paper. The delivery boy threw the paper in the street instead of my house. Majority of the time he does. Today he threw the paper in the road when the rain is pouring. I am unable to open even a single page on account of the wetness of the newspaper

I hesitated to renew my subscription because of this behavior. Despite my complaint no improvement is made

This is very disappointment that reputed new paper is not providing news paper after receipt of payment from user.

I have made payment of inr 895 and till date neither received news paper.
