Times Of India — toi subscription coupon not received

Hi,

I renewed my subscription of toi newspaper in nov 2017 and gave the cheque to my newspaper vendor. The cheque was credited to toi account on 6th dec 2017 but till date i have not received my coupons and for this i am following up with the toi customer care since mid jan-18 and every time i am assured that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. This time after lot of insistence i am given a complaint number 1511408 by customer care. I even asked for escalation point but same was not given by customer care.

After address changed in subscribed on 2017 I didn't get newspapers as 7 months. Now too I subcribed jan 2018 as the same 499 plan. Now too i didn't get papers as one month. Today only first day. So please return my money of cheated by TIO

I am from Bopal, Ahmedabad area. From past few weeks our local paper vendor asking us to forcefully subscribe Ahmedabad Mirror with Time of India English Paper or else he will close paper subscription. Is there any rule to compulsorily buy the Ahmedabad Mirror along with Time of India in Ahmedabad city???
