[Resolved] Times Of India — took money but did not start newspaper subscription

Hello,

I subscribed to your yearly offer of Newspaper which included Times of India, The Sunday Times of India and Ahmedabad Mirror for Rs. 1175/- per year.

I gave cheque to Miss Kenisha who came to my home and collected the same. I gave cheque for Rs. 1175/- but surprisingly amount from bank got debited for Rs. 699/- only against cheque of Rs. 1175/-.

Newspaper have not started yet and I dont know why cheque amount got wrongly debited. Please resolve my issue. There is no communication from company's end which is sad on part of such reputed company.

Either refund my amount or start newspaper as promised.

Do not keep such yearly offers if you cannot fulfil your promise.

Hello, Today I received coupons for the subscription. Complaint is resolved, but I received coupons one month late. For month of June I had not received newspaper but coupon is there which I guess is now not valid. So I am now closing this complaint and will see about that June month coupon.
