Times Of India — newspaper not delivered properly

Hi sir,

From chennai, sembakkam area. Times of india is not following up whether customers are getting daily newspapers or not. I have paid subscription for whole year 2019 and i am not getting newspaper. Local agents are unable to reach. And they are not responding properly. Even last year they did not put paper for 3 months. Times of india is acting very lethargic in this matter even after complain

Vendor does not deliver the paper regularly and he never picks the call. Can you please talk to the vendor or help me suggest alternate options
