My order details as follows :

I have ordered a smart watch from your company of which i received a product which was completely different from the pictures shown in the ad which you posted below is the picture of the product i checked out during placing the order.

The image shown below is of watch samsung galaxy gear s3 which costs 28, 500 rs. And you guys have sent a product which is not at all even close to this watch.

Here are the pictures of the products i received from your end which is completely different from the product shown above. So i need the refund off my order placed because i am completely unsatisfied with the product i received and i was fooled by your company. Also i have attached the actual imaged of your product to this email so kindly check the same.
