I have renewed my subscription on 15th april 2019, order no. Ekt0475324 through online. The amount have been debited and i have only recived a confirmation mail about the subscription. I have not received any coupon till now a month have already past.
I have call the given customer care no. So many times.. But with no help.
It seems there is no customer care executive for attending our call.
Everytime its busy. There is no call back also. The service is pathetic.in today fast generation how can such a big company have no proper care for its customers. Very sad and frustrated with this kind of service.
Kindly take necessary action for my complaint.

I got my coupon after 45+ days. Its okay if they take time, but there should be a customer feedback or acknowledgement after subscription .. Should inform customer about the TAT of arrival coupon. Atleast customer be releived. Thank You.
