I have spent 799 inr for 600 uc cash in pubg mobiles for upgrade to royal pass. Even though my money was deducted from my account and i didn't received any uc cash. And the final response from the pubg mobile was purchase failed. Please try to solve my problem or else refund my money back. And i have attached my bank transaction receipt. And i have attached my pubg mobile uc balance details in below
