Hi,

This is to bring to your notice the harassment that i have gone through for the last 22days. I had purchased the resume assistant service from times career job on 7th of may. Find below invoice details for your reference.

According to the sales person i was supposed to be given an assistant who would help find the right job for me. For the last 3 weeks i have spoken to 5-6 executives, each giving me a different story and ultimately doing nothing.

I had availed the service keeping in view the brand name that times has, i had never ever thought i would have to go through such hell. I have only been made false promises with nothing coming out of them.

The unbelievable part is that nobody responds to my mails. I would have at least made 20 calls on the number listed on the website ([protected]) nobody picks the phone. Is this a fraud service?

I don’t know what to do. Please do guide me.
