Dear Sir, This is complaint against services provided by Timesjobs.com. A big scandal in India needed to be checked urgently. I got a call from Timesjobs.com executive, regarding help in getting a better job. I was specifically looking for a job. This is a company which is an expert in talking the customer into paying money for various services promised by them. This was clearly communicated over the phone. Initially during the call, I was told about payment of Rs 1600 only as final payment including registration with a guaranteed job in one month on the name of resume zapper service. No additional payment was mentioned at that time. The name of the person was Lalit Giri. He was calling from a landline number but when I asked his mobile number then he was calling from Number [protected]. After submitting Rs. 1600/- by my credit card, message in my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com was Dear MUKESH, Thank you for your order for StepAhead services. For your reference here are the order transaction details: • Order No: 1742905 • Date of Order: 27 Mar 2015 • Amount: 1600.0 • Payment status: RECIEVED • Mode of payment: Online - Credit Card / Debit Card / Net-Banking Details for Order no 1742905 Sub - Order Id Item Name 1232355 Resume Zapper India Then Lalit Giri transferred my call to his senior executive who was asking me to register for others services Magic Resume India - Mid level and asked me to pay Rs. 3500 in such a way that I was forced to give this Rs.3500/-, as without which my 1600 will be of no use. When I Paid by my credit card the message in my mail id was Dear MUKESH, Thank you for your order for StepAhead services. For your reference here are the order transaction details: • Order No: 1742932 • Date of Order: 27 Mar 2015 • Amount: 3500.0 • Payment status: RECIEVED • Mode of payment: Online - Credit Card / Debit Card / Net-Banking Details for Order no 1742932 Sub - Order Id Item Name 1232395 Magic Resume India – Mid Level 48 hours, Cover Letter Then this senior executive again transferred my call to his senior executive who was asking me to register for others services Career Options Report, Career Development Report, Greatest Strengths Report and demanded Rs. 5200 in such a way that I was forced to give this 5200/ as with this it was very easy to get the job. When I Paid by my credit card for this service the message in my mail id was Thank you for your order for StepAhead services. For your reference here are the order transaction details: • Order No: 1743126 • Date of Order: 27 Mar 2015 • Amount: 5200.0 • Payment status: RECIEVED • Mode of payment: Online - Credit Card / Debit Card / Net-Banking Details for Order no 1743126 Sub - Order Id Item Name 1232822 Career Options Report 1232823 Career Development Report 1232824 Greatest Strengths Report Then this senior executive again transferred my call to his senior executive who was asking me to register for others services and was asking to pay more money and I realized that they are making a fool. I denied him to pay any money. But he was forcing me to pay for more services on same time. Times jobs given me a welcome call from the number [protected]. A person named saadik also called me from times jobs during this from number [protected]. A girl Ritika called from number [protected]. A person named Adarsh Mishra was talking to me from Times jobs on 31 March, 2015 at 1.02 PM and 2.35 PM. From the number [protected]. Actually it is a gang run by some persons who are looting the people who seek a job and update resume on timesjobs.com. They are playing with job seekers life. I found it a great fraud so I told them not to activate my profile and to refund my payment. It was around after 4 or 5 days. The total payment made by me was Rs.10300/-Then I received a call that your refund request is accepted and you will get your money back in 21 days in your credit card. But after 21 days no refund was made. The last call when Lalit Giri was talking to me on phone was from number [protected] on Saturday, 9th may, and 2015 at 11.54 AM. And 3.44 PM. Then he was showing a rude behaviour and said that no money will be refunded to you. I feel that this company is the biggest scandal going around.
