TimesofMoney — amount deducted from my account but monthly subscription not received in free fire

Hello sir i have a complaints against your transaction service.in th game free fire sponsored by garena i have purchased an item for 599rs by internet banking but the transaction shows failed in my game and also the money get deducted from my account. I asked the game authority they said they doesn't get any payment they asked to contact times of money for missing transaction. Plz refund my money.
