I have made a transaction through the NIKE APP for a shoe and it shows failed transaction. But the amount was debited from my account .
So please kindly look into it and refund my amount. Thank you

I had made a payment of Rs. 2000 on 27th November, 2022 towards my G Suite Basic subscription dues using the Pay Early facility ([protected]@sanchay.co.in). The payment was made using netbanking from the State Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from as per the transaction number [protected]IGAOSJYZP3. However, the amount is not reflected in my G Suite account and the dues are still shown as unpaid.

Kindly refund the amount or credit it to the G Suite account.

This seems to be recurring issue - whenever I make a payment towards subscription - the last step is a 404 error. And I am being asked to wait for couple of days to reflect paid status in google subscription page.

This is a very negative impact on the customer experience. Instead of solving the complaints, why not resolve the issue - or take out the netbanking feature once of all ?

I am Apoorv Bansal. On 27th January 2022 I made a payment for Rs 520 to purchase points in Bus Simulator: Ultimate .Sadly the money was deducted from my account but purchase was cancelled hence I did not receive my points for which I have paid for. I contacted my bank and I was informed that the transaction was successful as the money has been transferred to the merchant successfully and I this case the merchant is TIMES OF MONEY PVT LTD.

Hence I request times of money to refund my money as soon as possible as I don't want to spend on this game any more and I want my money refunded to my account as soon as possible. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I bought uc in bgmi worth of 375 rupees day before yesterday using yono SBI and my money was debited and I didn't received my uc till now.so please rectify the issue or refund the money to my account

I purchased UC for bgmi from my bank account and the money got deducted but UC has not been sent to my account.The transaction is of 23rd January and the reference number is "[protected]IGAMWHIVM7". It was a net banking transfer from SBI online banking.
