TimesofMoney — clash royale purchase issue

On 3rd September i was trying to purchase pass royale from the game Clash Royale(supercell) worth Rs 399, through internet banking(State Bank Of India) from account XX3600 and the amount got deducted from my account but i didn't get the in game rewards. My Ref #IGAGXNFOX1. Today is 5th sept but till now i didn't get my money back.sir kindly help me to get the refund back.
