My name is sarath k bimal.
Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on september 5, 1019 around 9am via federal bank internet banking (Fednet) costing rs.724 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my federal bank account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same. I had called the bank customer care and they told me the transaction was successful and the company had accepted the amount. But the uc cash wasn't credited to my game. I have the transaction number and utr number with me which is transaction number - s3419581
