TimesofMoney — google play purchase failure

Hi sir/madam
I recently made purchases in pubg mobile o[censored]c cash worth rs 799 twice
1st on 21/11/2018
2nd on 22/11/2018
And strangely haven't recieved it even though the money (Total sum=1600) is deducted from my bank account!
I am very concerned about this as my money is gone and i haven't recieved the product (Uc cash)!!!
I am attaching screenshot of the payment made with reference id of payment.
Please look into this matter
As i need uc cash or refund of 1600rs.
