TimesofMoney — money debited in app purchase but not reflecting in the app

I used SBI NetBanking through Google Play to make an in-app purchase but I didn't get the product. And it's not showing in the Play Store
purchase history either. The REF NO. is [protected]IGAGVNVAD5 and[protected]GAGVNVJH2 The transactIon was made on 1st August, 2019. Please help. Will I get a refund or the product I bought in the the application.
