[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — need a refund

On 9th of May I decided to buy a Rise of Kingdom in-game item and went through the payment. As the payment went through I thought i would recieve the item i bought and went back into the game with great hopes, little did i know that the payment made was through Times of money, as i was so focused on my item. Its been 5 days now and I've not recieved my in game item and there's no update from Times of money.
Please help me get a refund.
