[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — no ingame credit added after successful transaction

U did a transaction of rupees 2550 for an ingame purchase in Hawk freedom squad game in my Android device on 19/02/2019 at around 10 55 pm Indian standard time but didn't get any ingame items or crystals added even though I got the transaction successful message sent to my mobile number attached to bank account
Kindly address my problem asap.all the other transactions I did before and after we're successful
