TimesofMoney — Payment deduct from my account but transaction done

I have done transaction of Rs 2976.60 on 5 july 2022 to Google workspace through your Times of Money Gateway. My payment was not done with Google workspace but Rs 2956.60 ( Transaction id [protected]IGANWUTZR4) deduct from my account . My this amount stuck in your Times of Money Gateway. Please clear it.
