TimesofMoney — purchased failed but money deducted from sbi account

Yesterday night i purchased chips of rs 249 in octro teen patti through my sbi account and they told the purchased is successful but i didn't received the chips yet and money has been deducted from my account.. Plz help me to recover any 1 of them.. I m your regular customer if you do such mistake i have to stop buying from you in future.. I hope u would solve this as early as possible

Updated by [email protected] I had bought chips of INR 249 in octro teen patti game via online banking from sbi account...my money has been deducted but i aint received chips till yet..i want my money to be refunded or either give me chips which i bought to play in the game..I think u can resolve it and u should better do it..this is your first time mistake and it should be your last time with me

Sir I purchased monthly enlightenment of rupees 1516 in clash of Lord 2 after completing purchased unfortunately my account closed and 1516 deducted my accounts please refunded or something can do sir I call in call centre but nothing response from it please help sir kindly I also give screenshot of my accounts I purchased this order 9 may 6.13 pm

I pay for an item in online game marvel future fight for rupess 159 but didnot received my item nor my payment was refunded.I paid through net banking. The beneficiary's name was appearing as times of money ltd. The payment was successful and amount was debited from my account.Idont know what to do now kindly help me with my problem.

I recharged tokens in heroes evolved .. balance deducted but I didn't got any benefits..I did two rechage but I only got one of these tokens . Second one was successful. Nd the previous one balance deducted but no benefit... As in pic u see
