[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — subscription purchase on google play - amount debited but purchase not completed

I had made a subscription purchase on june 05, 2020 for rs.5800.00 from google play store. However while the amount was debited from my account, the purchase never showed up in my play store purchases.

I reached out to my bank and their reply is as under:


Dear mr gupta,

Thank you for writing to axis bank.

We understand that you wish to enquire about the particular transaction of rs.5800/- dated 05 jun 2020 on your account ending with 8893.

We would like to inform you that as per our bank records show that the transaction was successful with the prn "[protected]" towards times of money ltd (WWW.DIRECPAY.COM). so, we request you to check with merchant that the amount is credited or not.

In case amount was disowned to merchant, share us the merchant denial confirmation from there registered mail id that transaction is unsuccessful.

We will be pleased to take this forward once you have shared the details.

Please note that it takes at least 7 working days for the payment to be updated.

I have received my refund. Although there has not been any correspondence with the company.
