On 12 june 2018, i purchased diamonds in dragon nest mobile-sea worth rs.3100, money deducted from my account even the transaction is failed. Therefore, please kindly refund my money to the saving account i did my payment. I contacted the axis bank regarding this issue and was told that the transaction did go through and u guys (Times of money ltd) did received my money.
