TimesofMoney — was trying to pay mcgm water bill and amount got deducted and post that got 500 internal server error

I was paying mcgm water bill of amount 5391 using hdfc net banking option. Amount got deducted and post that I got 500 internal server error. Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the desired amount to desired bank account.

Date of the incident: 22/08/2019

Also find the attached image of server error.

Please try to revert as soon as possible.
