Tirumala Drivers — Against the consultancy (refund of money)

We had an agreement with Tirumala drivers(Hyderabad, Yousuf Guda) and paid amount of Rs.3500/- to the consultancy member named Raju for assigning a Driver. Despite of giving the money they didn't provide service and not even refunded the money.
The consultancy was rude and irresponsible and I lost the revenue because of no service . He had my vehicle for 15 days almost I lost the daily revenue of Rs.3500/- per day. It was very annoying experience with the services.

Please take the necessary action against the consultancy and help me in getting the amount what I paid and the loss due to the inconvenience for 15 days.

Hi,
This incident happened with me too but with us we have been cheated with a greater sum. Can you please pass on any contact information as we were taking our issue forward to the police and were curious if you needed this support as well.

Fake service. Raju is taking the amount and not responding.. he charged 3500 ... he is very irresponsible guy and worst fellow very rude to the customers .. drivers who are coming for driving making calls from another number and irritating... pls b careful with the drivers and don't trust this service...
