1. Myself Mrs Deepti Chauhan is a regular customer of TATA Tanishq and also subscribing through Golden Harvest scheme since last 7-8 yrs at various Tanishq showrooms at Pune, Guwahati, & Lucknow. My last account number[protected] matured in Oct 21 at Lucknow.
2. Cheque No 392397 dt 08 Dec 21 for Rs 150000 has been forwarded to me vide mail from Bangalore office of Titan company Ltd. As mentioned in the letter that I have not redeemed the account as per key conditions of the Golden Harvest scheme is not correct. The following is submitted for your kind review, verification and strong orders for compensation.
(a) Since last few years (probably from 2016/17 I was not getting msgs of
incircle points etc on my registered mobile number ([protected]).
(b) It came to my notice during my purchase of jewelry from Tanishq at
Sahnajaf Road, Lucknow vide Tax invoice No LKH/CM/16748 dt 18 Mar
21 that the invoive has been generated in the name of some Mr Amit
Kumar Karnwal, however with same incircle number. It was a very bad
feel and embarrassing for me. When I complained, I was told that the
issue will be resolved shortly. I had reminded the official but issue not
resolved till Oct 21 and I did not get any reminder/confirmation call or
SMS/mail regarding last date for redeem of my matured scheme.
(c) I could not redeem the matured scheme as I was apprehensive that
the billing would again be in some others name and my benefits of
scheme would not come to me. Rather, it was on 08 Dec 21 when I
visited the Tanishq shop when I was told that my scheme has over
matures and amount is being refunded to me, which was again very
embarrassing. However, it further added to my embarrassment, rather
harassment when I booked a jewelry (necklace) but could not do the
payment since I was told that the discrepancy of my name and mobile
number has not been resolved.
(d) Hence, may I request to kindly review the entire issue regarding the
functional discrepancy at your end which has led to repeated
embarrassment and harassments to a genuine customer. I also feel that
this has probably debarred me of my benefits. Hence, I also demand
appropriate compensation for the same.
3. Mr Ved at Tanishq Shahnajaf Rd, Lko had initially tried to rectify the discrepancy but could not materialize till Dec 21. Hope the authorities will do justice. Regards
