Titan Company — Gold and Diamond Pendant

I had marked this a gift when purchasing it. I even had a gift message on it to which I do not know what happened. I did not see it anywhere when the gift was received.
The main thing: Why on Earth do you guys have to print the price and everything everywhere on the box . You also put a receipt inside the box as well. When order is placed you send us a message that 'order of this such n such amount has been placed' Why???? Thank god you did not print the price on the pendant itself.
A gift should not have all this, please! I know a receipt is important but please figure out a way to may email it to the person ordering the gift rather putting it inside the gift box. A gift should not have the price of it anywhere near it.
