Titan Company — no refund for wrong spectacles made by titan eye plus, kalkaji, delhi

I purchased glasses from kalkaji store in delhi. My doctor confirmed that spectacles made are not as per number specifications given by doctor. Titye eye plus store officials refuse to accept this fact and are not refunding amount. We have had to face harassment by being made to visit store several times. Pls take action
