[Resolved] Titan Company — poor strap quality of htse watch | |||||
Around 10 months after purchasing the titan htse watch the silicon strap broken down while traveling The watch fell down and stopped working Now they term it as accidental damage and claim it won't be considered for warranty When the company is charging such high price why can't they provide Google quality strap The fastrack watch which I purchased for Rs900 around 4 years ago is still in proper condition with its strap My request is please provide quality product when the company is charging so high Actually it's a scam of giving warranty on machine and providing low quality strap for which they charge high price on damage of strap Was this information helpful? | |||||
