I recently purchased titan nebula watch of mode NN600DL18 through portal which was delivered on 20th of December.
The watch I purchased contains unique number of 0720A1047. Now I have returned the watch with box, bill and tags to the blue dart courier with tracking number [protected].
The package is still in my home town office which they are saying titan back end team has not provided ev bill/paper work.
This is ridiculous from titan and when I call customer care they talk rubbish things. Stupid behaviour from titan which I did not expected.
If I ask titan customer care to cancel the pickup request they are telling already in transit which is false statement.
I need cancellation of this and handover the product today back.
Titan policy doesn’t tells that employee will go for leave and it may delay the process. Was this information helpful? |
