Hi,
I bought this watch couple of years back. at the time they said you have 5 year warranty for the mesh if it worn out you can change it. But now when i visited the service center they are saying there is not strap available for this model. is this the kind of answer you reply to a customer who has invested 6k on some watch for which there is no service thereafter
