Team, I have bought below Watch three years back and I tried to change my strap after one year. I went to several Titan authorized show rooms in Hyderabad and I wasted at least one hour every time. They took my contact details and told me that they will get back to me. I didn't get any call till now. Though I bought this for around 8K, I am using this watch as show piece in my home due to useless and worst support from Titan. Buying cheap watches is far better than buying the watches from Titan. Don't sell expensive watches blindly in case if you are not able to provide accessories. Unfortunately I bought this watch and visiting all the useless Titan exclusive showrooms for straps.
