Titan Eye Plus — Delayed delivery of spectacle | |||||
With reference to above subject, i have placed order for power spectacles to titan compant limited, k-28 connaught place, opp pvr plaza delhi-110001 on dated 02/06/2017. My order no. Istdcp027187. It was eexpected to deliver on 07.06.2017. I have requested to shopkeeper that it is urgent since there is problem in my eye and it is required urgently. So the above mentioned shopkeeper has assured me that it would be deliver by 06.06.2017 but it is not delivered till date. I have talked to above shopkeeper since 07.06.2017 about the delivery. They were only delaying the delivery day by day and assuring that it would be deliver by next morning. But till date, it has not been delivered to me. So, it is requested to please refund my money so that i can purchase it somewhere. Was this information helpful? | |||||
