Importance: High Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Fast Track Frame (FT1012E1A1) with Crizal lens (XE149CW) on 25/05/2014 from Titan Eye, Green World, Sagar Garden, LBS Marg, Opp. Domino's, Mulund West. Mumbai 400080. Invoice no. BDN0007515. Its not even a year and the frame is broken without any reason. I visited the shop and checked for what can be to fix it, but the shop people have BLUNTLY said that there is nothing can be done and you will have to purchase another same frame which costs another Rs. 1150/- which is unacceptable. The quality of the frames is too low and such quality is not expected from huge names like Titan Eye & Fastrack. I'm completely disappointed with this purchase as it costed me Rs. 3309/- and within less than a year its broken and nothing can be done to fix it. NOTE: Frame is not broken due to any physical damage. I was wearing the spectacles and suddenly the lens fell out without even touching the frame which came as a SHOCK to me. Please get this corrected at earliest.
