[Resolved] Titan Eye Plus — multifocal lenses | |||
I got my multi-focal lenses made by titan eyeplus e-1/2, sec-7, rohini opposite m2k rohini on 28.11.2018. Invoice no: bak0057708 for rs.4560. To my surprise only the near objects were visible but there was no clarity after 10 feet distance. When i complained to the management about difficulty in driving and recognising people around me. They did not pay heed to my feedback. They only suggested me to get spectacles made for the far sighted options and that did not serve the sole purpose of me investing in getting the multi-focal lenses made. I'm highly disappointed with the service and product received that does not fit my vision. Was this information helpful? | |||
