I have purchased two spectacles from titan eye plus sadar nagpur duly checked by their doctor. But when i started wearing them i could not able to use them as i am unable to read. When i complaint the doctor and the sales persons said it will take time to adjust so i again tried but failed to use both the specs. Next time they kept them for repairs but again return the same saying from our side it is perfect and we there is no fault in the specs. When I went to complain they denied the services and said that the warranty period won't cover your problem.
Lyk seriously if that was the problem then why did the faked promises.
