Titan — No Update of TITAN RAGA Watch sent for Repairing on Case Design Defect Complaint | |||
Dear sir, My name is Sabyasachi Mallik. I had purchased one TITAN RAGA watch having design number 2539YM01 on 14th February, 2015 from Shoppers Stop Kolkata. The very next day I had discovered a design defect on the dial. I had called Customer Service of Shoppers Stop and described the whole situation but they refused to exchange the watch and suggested me to go to any near by TITAN Showroom. So accordingly I submitted the watch with gurantee card on WORLD of TITAN, Ranchi for repairing on 23rd February, 2014. Reference id of complaint - 215AE0121B12070 dated[protected]. I have repeatedly called customer support to get the recent update. Everytime they tell me the same thing - "It may take upto 10-15 more days". Already 15 days has been elapsed and still no update. This is absolutely very humiliating. It feels very terible to call everytime and get the same response. I am very much dissatisfied with the customer service and I am not getting the watch for which I have paid hefty price. Was this information helpful? | |||
