Tkameez — didn't get refund

I had purchased cloths from tkameez 120 days before. I have received very bad product, products are not as per shown. I requested for return. Return has been taken by then but now they are not giving refund about my order. I have mail them several time but i didn't get any reply. I tried contacting but the their phone out of service area. I didn't found any way rather than contacting you. They have to pay me 500 as refund. Please solve my this error.

This site is selling very worst, Can't even imagine to wear those cloths.They said as a refund there are going to provode coupen code fpr there website.But o dont want to purchase anything from there.I want my refund.Not any coupen code.
