Tkameez — t kameez not providing me the coupon code.

My order number is 594342. I ordered 2 track pants from tkameez but one of the track pants did not have a proper fit so i decided to return the product. They arranged a reverse pickup and told me that they don't refund the money but will provide a coupon code using which i can order another product from their website. However it has been more than 15 days now and whenever i try to contact the customer care number they never pickup or if they pickup once after 100s of tries they say that the coupon code will be provided today and then they simply cut the call. Worst service ever i have seen so far from any e commerce site. They are least worried about the customer satisfaction. I even sent them mails but they never reply to any of them. I sometimes feel like they have cheated on me and it is a fraud company. Please help me get out of this # service of tkameez.
