My eb meter is not working for the past 1 year. I have given complaints repeatedly but of no use. I have been charged heavily around 3000rs. Per month by default. I couldnt pay my bills since its too high, eventhough i have paid past 2 months bills. This month again i am fighting with them for reducing the bill. They are not replacing the meter saying that new meter is not available.
Kindly resolve my issue. Get me a refund of excess amount i paid during this period and replace my eb meter.

Company doesnt take any steps, I have repeatedly visited them and solved.
