[Resolved]  TNSTC — Very very WORST customers (Passengers Service) TNSTC_Bus

I ever & never see this much worst customers (Passengers) Service, I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Theni, boarding time is 8.15pm, i have reached the shanthinagar (bangalore) bus stand 8.10pm but when i'm reaching the bus stand the bus was coming out so i gave hand signal but they have not stopped...if i'm late also they can call to my mobile(As like other travels[KSRTC]) but THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CALLED ME...I don't know for what the ________ they asking mobile number while booking the tickets, ...same time i went to TNSTC office in shanthi nagar only i explained and asked them to give the driver or conductor number so i will inform that i will pickup the bus in madiwala(my plane was i came with friend in bike so we can reach madiwala before bus reaches) but they said UNEXPECTED & UNBELIEVABLE answer that "We don't have driver or conductor mobile number"...I don't know what they maintaining, what they know"...that's it all my hope gone...then there was a Theni (same route) bus so i asked at least change my ticket to this bus (there was enough free seat avail) but...for that also they not ready to do...thay telling that your late so only gone it's your mistake...then i said myself "[censored]d" of with this service...i went to that another same route bus conductor asked for the seat he said ok get in and he knows my scenario...i said they haven't called me anna, he was good character person so he replied with socking answer "WE NEVER CALL TO ANY PASSENGER" (TNSTC la yaarumey call panna maatom)" because then only they(we) can take another passenger for same(my) seat, so they will mark my name as Absent and they will take that money(500rs mine for government & new passenger amount 500 for conductor & driver)...nothing i can do in that situation.., my self scold very badly with bard word...and again paid 500 for ticket to "THAT SOAP DAPPA BUS"..seat puash back was not working properly...so totally waste of money, time, mental engery, etc...by booking of TNSTC bus...I'm not telling the Government is bad (i know they giving all the facilities) but the intermediaries (Pork's) are eating everything and not doing correctly..I can say that government is not governing or maintaining well.
