We have booked two shipments to usa in international priority and they ensured to deliver the product in 4 - 5 business days but they did not. After following on phone and emails for one week they delivered the product. As a result we lost payment from our clients and they are saying that they will never give orders to our company.
Our's is a small company with few regular clients... Because of this stupid service we lost much. Was this information helpful? |
