I have lodge an complain through this forum on 22/11/2018 as per that i had received id no. 2152910 stating that the said complain is been forwarded to website. As per that i received an email from today live shopping stating that do resent the smart watch for replacement to company address. So i courier non working smart watch through first flight on the address mention by today live and also communicate about it on 14/12/2018 through email that i have resent the smart watch as per order no.[protected] but till today i havent been replaced the smart watch to me. Strict action be taken on such company.
