Today Live Shoppings — deduction of money without any intimation

Yesterday 15th oct 18 i have buy a go pro camera the money was deducted from my account but there is no any intimation given by them or any mail, message nothing received by me. I have contacted so many times at there customer support #[protected] which shows either switch off or busy.
I have mailed them two times regarding query but still there is no response from them. Now it's hard to chasing them. So i am requesting you to help me out from this.
