I had placed an order of smart watch through today live deal on 16/11/2018. I received confirmation sms on my register mobile no. [protected] through today live deal.com stating that " your order 567272 was successfully created, payment cash on delivery amount of rs. 899/- need to be paid. I received the parcel on 19/11/2018 but found that the smart watch is not in working condition therefore for replacement i tried reaching the customer care number mentioned on website of today live deal i. E. +[protected] but the said number is not responding when called. Therefore i got to know that i am been deceive by the company. It is humble request to you to give direction to today live deal to replace the smart watch at the resident my at the cost and expenses from company or otherwise refund the purchase amount of rs. 899/- to me within 7days.
