[Resolved] Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — dead mobile, dead charger and dead battery received | |||
Dear sir i am a poor disable person having udid no od[protected]*91 brought a refurbished mobile from online shopping site "togofogo" having order number to[protected] but i received a defective one when immediately i call the customer care they told me to charge for 8 hours i just charge accordingly but it is a totally defective one then after calling them several times they promised me that they will arrange a reverse pickup and replace the mobile but it is already more than 5 days neither they are responding the mail nor the call please help me.
