TOI — improper and irregular delivery of newspaper

I have subscribed for 1year news paper times of india in march 2019 to feb 2020 upto oct 2019 i got regular delivery of newspaper but from nov it was irregular absolutely nil supply of newspaper. I reported to supplier at chandimandir can't about he neglected and given reason about unavailability of delivery boy. I also tried to contact toi chandigarh but didn't get not positive reply from them, also lodge complaints twice in this portal but nothing replied by this portal and not taken any action.
Then where customers have to go.
Very bad experience. No one is helping customers.
